Heading towards an Integrated classroom

Yesterday I conducted an online conference on " Web-based resources in classroom teaching" the webinar started at 8.00pm IST our first speaker was Mr. Takeo Huguchi from Tokyo Japan, a founder of Idea Marathon System. He is a man who realized the importance of pooling up Original Ideas and using them in an organized way to transform profession and lives.I was very excited to talk to him but unfortunately the audio at his end did not work I was little upset but soon composed myself  and played the video about idea marathon system which was being explained by Mr. Huguchi It was a great presentation. Truly has been said by idea marathon king Mr. Takeo That original ideas compiled together can transform our own selves. It is the inculcation of precious ideas which gives birth to transformations in technology and teaching also, tremendous and incredible changes in  teaching-learning It is the result of wonderful ideas of educators, scientists, technologists and individuals.  Although the start was little slow as compared to my previous webinars but this is all the part of  using technology which onces again proved that after all it is a teacher who will use and rule over technology for its proper use in education, without giving up I invited Ms. Chetna Gidwani to present her views on the subject, thanks God it went well Chetna talked about her experiences of using web resources in her classroom teaching and also enriched attendees about some of the good websites, I then invited Ms. Nicoleta Tecu from Caracal,Olt, Romania whom I get acquainted through a facebook Group called YES digital and gradually developed good friendship through skype and facebook interactions.

Nicole presented about Facebook and education, her presentation was an enriching one as she talked about the use of various features of fb which could be used while teaching and which she is practicing with her students.

Teresa Allen from Joliet, USA, whom I got acquinted to through Hello Little World( Skypers grp.) shared her experiences about web-based resources in teaching.
Tatyana Chernaya, from Russia and Paula Naugle, A 4th grade Maths and Social Studies teacher from New Orleans, USA, also shared their precious views and experiences with us.
I also shared my views about web-based resources and my integration of these resources through the technology integrated lesson plan( which I have named as Smart Plan) in an organized way and I think that a well planned lesson can help a teacher to know where to integrate a web resource to fulfill his objectives of teaching.

Various web resources used in a planned manner can help teacher obtain his objectives framed under cognitive, affective and psycho-motor domain.
An online conference was a big success and encouraged me a lot to proceed towards an integrated classroom, integrated in terms of technology, resources, teachers and students.
The day is not far away, when Ill have a class for my teacher-trainees where teachers across the globe  will teach them using the best web- resources.
